Billig supports three sign-in methods, all passwordless:
You can also use Billig as a guest (no account) to scan up to 5 receipts before being asked to create an account.
Open the app → Account → Privacy → Delete account & data. This permanently removes your account, all receipts and images, all chat history, and all push tokens. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address linked to your account.
Open the app → Account → Privacy → Export my data. We send you a JSON export of your account, receipts, and chat history. Free accounts can export once per month.

You've used today's free chat allowance (5 messages). The limit is rolling — it resets 24 hours after your earliest message in the current window. If chat is core to how you use Billig, let us know via feedback so we can prioritize the Pro tier.
The AI is good but not perfect. You can edit any field on a receipt by tapping it — your corrections are saved instantly. We use Google Gemini under the hood; for unusually formatted receipts (faded print, exotic layouts) accuracy drops. Send us a sample at support@getbillig.com if a particular merchant consistently misreads.
The Android version isn't out yet. We're finalizing the Play Store rollout. Drop your email on the waitlist and we'll send you the link the moment it's ready.
Without access to your sign-in email, we cannot recover your account for security reasons (we don't store passwords or recovery questions). Contact support@getbillig.com with details and we'll do our best to help, but recovery is not guaranteed.
